March Meeting

Our speaker will be Collin County Constable Sammy Knapp, Constable for Precinct 3
He will be presenting an interesting and informative overview of "The Duties and Responsibilities of the Constable's Office"

Constable Sammy Knapp has served for over 45 years in law enforcement and is currently in his third term as elected Constable for Precinct 3 in Collin County. He has over 7,400 Texas Commission on Law Enforcement training hours and has earned Master Police Officer and Instructor certificates. Constable Knapp currently serves as Justice of the Peace and Constables Association (JCPA) District 9 Director, covering 34 counties from Ellis County to the eastern border of Texas and surrounding counties, and is past president of the North Texas JPCA. His past service also includes Plano PD (29 years), DFW Airport DPS, and Grand Prairie PD. Constable Knapp's extensive service and experience will ensure an insightful look at the mechanics and challenges of his office.
