Plans are underway for our Gop Labor Day Rally, scheduled Sept. 5th at Bob Woodruff Park, 2601 San Gabriel Drive, Plano, TX 75074, from 9 am to 12 pm. We will set up under the big pavilion inside the park for our event. Collin County Gop will provide hamburgers and hotdogs, buns and condiments, water, tea, lemonade and water. Clubs are asked to sign up to furnish additional sides, salads, vegetable trays, fruit trays, desserts, etc. Please let us know what your club or group wishes to contribute toward the food and snacks for the event. RWGNT will provide two large boxes of assorted chips. Pasta salad and bean salad are being furnished.
Volunteers are needed, of course. If you can volunteer, please sign up on the Argenta app at your earliest convenience.
Clubs and candidates desiring to have a table at the event are asked to provide their own table and set up. Some tables may be outside the covered pavilion under the trees, so if you wish to bring your own tent, you are welcome to do that. Table location and the schedule for candidates to speak at the rally will be assigned based on time the reservation for the event is received. A signup genius will be available very soon, so watch your email!
A Kids Zone with activities will be available for fun for the kiddoes!!
Our CCGOP rally is always our springboard into the fall election season, and this year we will be preparing for a Red Tsunami in Collin County and Texas!!! Please contact me if you have questions!
