The Keynote Speaker will be Scott Turner, who was appointed by President Trump to be Director of the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council. Prior to his White House Service, Tuner served two terms in the Texas House of Representatives. A graduate of Pierce High School in Richardson, Turner graduated from the University of Illinois and played cornerback in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins, San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos over a nine-year career. He is well known as a motivational speaker.
