Dear club members and guests:Please plan to attend CCRMC's September meeting on Thursday, September 16th at 7.00 PM at Collin County Republican Party Headquarters at 2963 W 15th St, Suite 2981, Plano, TX 75075. As usual the social hour and registration will begin at 6.30 PM.
I am pleased to announce that meeting’s keynote speaker, Mr. Lon Williams, Political Scientist, Attorney and Trustee, and Vice Chair of Hutton W. Sumners Foundation. Topic of his speech is: Educating Citizenship in Conservative Principles and Values. This is a very timely topic considering what has been happening in our country since last presidential election.
We will also have Abraham George, Collin SREC, give an overview of Texas Legislatures’ 87th Regular and Special sessions; Bills passed, wish list and 2022 Election plans of Texas GOP. Will be interesting to learn how Austin is functioning for you.Please bring a friend along who may have interest and curiosity to learn about contemporary Texas Politics and its functioning. We will also recognize large contingent of new CCRMC members, who joined the club during August meeting about Border Security.In Collin County there is no more any concern about using masks at small public gatherings. But we will provide masks, just in case. Hopefully the meeting will be well attended.
