Col. Kim T. Poole to Speak at our June Meeting
Col. Kim T. Poole, USMC (Ret) will address members and guests at the June 21 CCRMC meeting. Col. Poole has just returned this past week from attending an executive meeting with key Iraqi ministers and the Prime Minister’s office regarding the United States strategic F-16 program at Balad Air Base in northern Iraq. After retiring from USMC Col. Poole accepted a leadership role with KBR ‘s (American engineering, procurement, and construction company) support of IRAQI FREEDOM later becoming Managing Director of KBR in Iraq. Upon completing the KBR assignment Col. Poole joined Sallyport Global Services as VP Operations supporting Dept. of State and Dept. of Defense in Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia.
