Please mark your calendars the Christmas 2020 meeting will be convened on Thursday, December 17th at 7.00 PM on Zoom. The main item on the agenda will be induction of 2020 Executive Committee and Board of directors.
The 401st District Court judge elect, Honorable George Flint, has graciously accepted to officiate the swearing in of the CCRMC Executive Committee members.
During the November 2020 meeting decision was made to have Christmas meeting in person provided Collin County Covid-19 numbers stay stable for the next 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, our Covid-19 contraction numbers have not just gone up, they have gone up disproportionately higher compared to rest of the state. Mid November Collin County was 12th highest, but now we are 9th highest in the state. Unfortunately, for the safety and wellbeing of everyone we had to take the adverse decision. Hope you would understand.
The induction of the Committee will take place in person at the CCRP headquarters. We expect to have 9-10 people present and hence we would be able to maintain a safe social distance.
The Zoom link to the meeting will be sent on or before December 17th. I urge everyone to join in and participate during the ceremony.
